Common problems¶

Find your problem below. Read what to do.

Adding a file to a requirement shows "Network Error".¶

On the test website, file uploads do not work. Add a link instead (Link name and URL).

I do not see the My Team button.¶

My Team only shows if somebody reports to you. Your Super Admin sets this on the Reporting Lines page.

I cannot approve a requirement.¶

You can only approve work that you asked for yourself, and only when it is in Final Review.

The import says some rows have errors.¶

Look at the red box. It tells you the row number and the problem. Fix those rows in your spreadsheet and upload it again. Rows with errors are skipped.

Check your email address. Check your password. Capital letters matter. Try again slowly. If it still does not work, ask your Super Admin.

I forgot my password.¶

The Forgot password? link cannot reset it. Ask your Super Admin or your company's main office for a new password.

The page is empty or shows "Loading..." for a long time.¶

Wait a few seconds. Then press the F5 key on your keyboard to load the page again. Check that your internet is working.

I see "This site can't be reached" after I refresh the Asset Library page.¶

Open the website address again. Then click Asset Library in the menu. Do not refresh that page.

Your sign-in has ended. This can happen after some time. Sign in again.

I clicked Clear all by mistake on the Notifications page.¶

Sorry, the messages cannot come back. New messages will still arrive.

I never get any notifications.¶

Messages are switched off until a Super Admin switches them on for you. Ask your Super Admin.

I cannot see a button that this guide shows.¶

Some buttons only appear at certain steps of the work, or only for certain roles. Also try making the menu smaller (the round arrow on the menu edge) so the page has more space.

Write down what you clicked and what you saw. Take a photo of the screen if you can. Then ask your team leader or your Super Admin for help.
