What does this word mean?ΒΆ

These are words you will see in the system. If a word is not here, ask your team leader.

Word What it means
Social Media Manager You. You see all work for your companies, approve it and mark it as posted.
Coordinator A person who asks for design work for a company.
Graphics Team Lead The person who gives work to a designer and checks it first.
Requirement One piece of design work that someone asked for. For example, one Instagram post. In this guide we also call it "work" or "a task".
Board A page that shows requirements in columns. Each column is one step of the work.
Status The step a requirement is at now. The steps are listed below.
Unassigned Nobody has been given this work yet.
Assigned A designer has been given this work, but has not started.
In Progress The designer is working on it now.
Paused The designer stopped for a while and will come back to it.
Internal Review The designer finished. The Graphics Team Lead is checking it.
Final Review The Team Lead said it is good. Now the person who asked for it checks it.
Done The work is approved and ready.
Posted The design has been put on social media.
Not Used The work was finished but will not be used.
Deadline The last day to finish the work.
Posting date / To Be Posted On The day the design should go on social media.
Platform Where the design will be used. For example Meta (Facebook and Instagram), YouTube or LinkedIn.
Type / Content type The kind of design. For example a Reel (short video), a Story, a Post or a Thumbnail (small picture).
Specs / Technical Specifications The size, shape and file kind the design must have. For example 1080x1920 and JPG. The system fills these in for you, and they cannot be changed later.
Query A question about a requirement, written in its comments.
Resolved The question has been answered.
Revision / Request Revision Asking the designer to change their work and send it again.
Rejected - Internal / Rejected - Final A label that shows the work was sent back for changes, by the Team Lead (Internal) or by the person who asked for it (Final).
Version (v1, v2) Each time a designer sends work, it gets a number. The first time is v1, the second time is v2.
Submission link A web link to the finished design. For example a OneDrive or Google Drive link.
Assembly line / Stages Big work split into steps done one after the other by different designers. A step opens only when the one before it is finished.
Asset A file or link added to a requirement, like a logo or a photo.
Company A customer that the design work is for.
