Guide for the Graphics Team Lead

Welcome! This guide is for the Graphics Team Lead. It shows you, step by step, how to use the Apidel Task Management system.

What you do in the system

You run the design team for all companies. The system helps you:

  • see all new work from every company
  • give work to designers, or move it to another designer
  • split big work into stages for different designers
  • give more time (extend the deadline)
  • check finished work first, and approve it or send it back
  • answer the designers' questions
  • add work yourself, including internal tasks for the team only
  • see what each designer finished (Work Reports)

How the work moves

  1. Unassigned: a coordinator asks for work. Your turn: give it to a designer.
  2. Assigned: the designer has it.
  3. In Progress: the designer is working on it. (Paused means they stopped for a while.)
  4. Internal Review: the designer sent it. Your turn: check it.
  5. Final Review: you approved it. Now the coordinator checks it.
  6. Done: the coordinator approved it.

If you or the coordinator ask for changes, the work goes back to Assigned.
