Guide for Super Admins¶
Welcome! This guide is for Super Admins. It shows you, step by step, how to set up and look after the Apidel Task Management system.
What you do in the system¶
You set up the system so everyone else can work. You can:
- add companies (the customers)
- add users and give each one a role
- make shifts (working hours) and departments (groups of coordinators)
- set reporting lines (who is the manager of each coordinator)
- choose who gets which messages
- see and change every requirement, and look at analytics and work reports
The roles¶
| Role | What they do |
|---|---|
| Super Admin | Sets up the system. Sees everything. |
| Coordinator | Asks for design work for their companies, and approves it at the end. Must have a shift. |
| Social Media Manager | Sees all work of their companies. Approves it and marks it as posted. |
| Graphics Team Lead | Gives work to designers and checks it first. Sees all companies. |
| Graphics Team Member | A designer. Makes the work given to them. |
Set up a new system in this order¶
- Make shifts (coordinators need one).
- Add companies.
- Add users.
- Make departments (optional).
- Set reporting lines (optional).
- Switch on messages for each user. Nobody gets messages until you do this.
